As a fighter pilot, leader, instructor and coach for over 18 years, I am driven by a pursuit for excellence in performance. The understanding of culture and its strategic employment is by far the most powerful element in supporting this quest that I have found and this is what I bring to my work.

Susan Wachira-Nyika

Susan’s extensive professional experience includes Information Technology, Banking, Customer Success management, Cross-Cultural management and Strategic leadership experience locally and internationally. Susan has very strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Christian Filli

Christian is an Integral Coach®, Associate Certified Coach (ICF), and holds a B.A. in Social Communications. He specializes in understanding patterns of human motivation, decoding cultural narratives, and examining how these might affect individuals, organizations, brands, and society at large.
