As a seasoned Human Resources professional and consultant, I have more than 15 years of experience working with and for people from various backgrounds and cultures.
As a former HR Generalist, I have worked for international companies such as PwC, Hewitt, PepsiCo and Swissport to lead HR best practices, deal with people issues and conflicts in the workplace, organize recruitment strategies and manage extensive union negotiations in multi-cultural contexts. I counselled managements groups with their leadership skills. And I was always the sounding board for my peers up to the C-Suite for the long-term HR strategy to adopt.
