International Cooperations have always played an important role in Christi's management positions. So, drawing from her own experiences and combining them with the Hofstede model, she can deliver valuable insights - in MBA and executive program courses,  at universities and at companies, in keynote speeches or training workshops.

Christi has a Master’s degree in Economics, specialized in International Economic Politics and Economic Geography. She has worked as CEO and Managing Director of three Chambers of Commerce has led a start-up company in Executive Education and has successfully implemented organizational development projects in the international university environment.

With Hofstede Insights (now The Culture Factor Group) she is certified in Intercultural Management, Virtual Teams and Organizational Culture.

She has been giving well praised Intercultural Management Courses in MBA Programs at Business Schools like ESADE in Barcelona, Corvinus University in Budapest, Cologne Business School and the University of Cologne.

Her interventions for globally active companies have mostly been on leading- or working in - international or foreign teams, cross border business development and international cooperations  - mostly in workshops for middle and high-level management – adapting to the specific business needs of the company or organization.

She also has advised a development aid project in Burkina Faso to adapt its management structures.

Her individual coachings for international managers facing new business challenges in Germany or German managers leading foreign teams or developing new business abroad have been highly appreciated.
