Daniela Kaneva

Through her long career in international sales Daniela witnessed first-handedly how Culture makes or breaks deals and operations. She works with clients focused on hands-on and practical solutions for diverse teams, organizational performance and global consumer behavior.


With a background career in trans national sales and marketing, Daniela is used to talking the language of numbers, hence, her particular focus on providing practical solutions and delivering applicable propositions to clients.

Her career as international sales manager had her exposed to the economic and cultural challenges of 27 nations across Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asian and Balkan countries, parts of Middle East, alongside Western Europe and the USA. Her experience covers working with multinational and diverse teams, skills for sales and negotiations with diverse partners, solutions for organizational culture development, research on the connection between value systems and electoral choices. Her best experience comes from participation in projects on solving the interaction between national and organizational culture, a major challenge for global corporations in an integrated economy.

Daniela is co-author of ‘Beyond the Tribe and …’ a book about the application of mediation in political election processes.
