Beth Camprubi joined Hofstede Insights in 2021. As an Associate Partner at Hofstede Insights, Beth is specialized in helping businesses to understand cultural differences and overcome cultural barriers. She identifies and develops the competencies and skills which are crucial to her client's success in their complex international business relations.

Born in Barcelona, Beth started travelling at a young age which was the kick-off of her Intercultural communication skills. She now lives between Barcelona (Catalunya) and the UK enjoying 2 different cultures on a regular basis.

After working for 2 international companies; Beth started her own business in the training and education field, managing an international team of teachers, consisting of 6 different nationalities. She has first-hand experience and knowledge of the ways why managers must become aware of the different Cultures management styles, as their organizations and interaction with other cultures take place every day when a second language is used.

Since 2019 she is a board member of the Barcelona Chamber of commerce and acts as president of international affairs. This gives her the opportunity to help businesses in the region to expand internationally.
