I’m a management psychology consultant, guiding executive managers through the professional aspects of their position. I assist CEOs and the upper management in decision-making, leadership strategies, change management, intercultural management, partnerships, and proper operation throughout. In addition, I support CEOs of multinational organizations in bridging cultural gaps during global expansion and in mergers and acquisition processes.

Having spent the last 7 years in the “Startup Nation”, my work is heavily centered around startup companies of all sizes, with a focus on innovation and disruptive technology. I support the global expansion of growing startups, and the localization of foreign companies seeking partnerships with Israeli startups.

Outside of work, I’m a mother to three grown-up “kids”, an avid world traveler, and a passionate photographer.
