Christian Erfurth, joined us as the first licensee in 1986. His main track, since he started his consultancy in 1974 has been the internationalisation of companies and people. That track has made him to work with business and management development. For six years he worked as a senior lecturer in international business at Lund University.
His professional background is in technology, especially telecommunication and lately he has also worked a lot in the pharmaceutical industry. He graduated from Lund University in international marketing. He is a member of SIETAR, Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research, EAMSA, Euro-Asia Management Studies Association and an honorary member of EFMD, European Foundation of Management Development,
Christian comes from a Swedish/German family so he is fluent in Swedish, German and English. An important part of his life is being in nature, therefore a lot of time is devoted to his country house with activities like beekeeping, gardening and orienteering.
His main clients are Swedish (Nordic) multinational companies with a focus on their activities in Europe (East and West). Since 1974 he travels frequently to Asia Pacific and conducts regally intercultural management workshops in the region. Lately he has been involved in many Scandinavian/German integrations. Some of his Swedish clients are IKEA and Tetra Pak.
