Graduated in International Relations and in Strategic intelligence applied to international business development, Delphine started her career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Paris as a research analyst before joining the American HR outsourcing group ADP where she built and developed the market and strategic intelligence unit in France. She worked with teams from the 5 continents to improve global efficiency.
In 2014, she followed her husband on an assignment in Sweden and applied her professional experience to her new situation and objectives: settling in a new country smoothly and continue working with her passion, international human intelligence wherever she would live.
She truly believes that individuals and organisations may become highly adaptable and globally effective if they listen to who they are, what they want to achieve, who they interact with and adapt their way to communicate.
