Henri grew up in South Africa in a multi-cultural and ethnic environment, He has worked in the UK, Thailand, Mauritius, eSwatini (Swaziland) and South Africa. He has travelled to more than 50 countries and has worked with individuals from more than 110 countries. Henri has a PhD in Economics and has done a lot of work on Multinational Companies operating in Africa. He is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) as well as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
