Jean-Claude is an international management executive with over 20 years of experience during which he successfully directed and oversaw comprehensive organisational restructuring, led and planned multifaceted projects and programs for both the United Nations and private/public
corporations. He has worked in complex environments with a demonstrable record of success in running multi-national operations and highly multicultural and international teams.
Diversified leader in operations and programme management, Jean-Claude is accomplished in strategy formation and execution, as well as leading complex transformational change. Participated as a subject matter expert in multiple cross-cultural working-groups with host government leadership, international agencies, NGOs and multiple national stakeholders in more than 18 countries. He is known for his ability to thrive in the most conflicting environments and his thrive for innovative change.
Jean-Claude was responsible for developing and ensuring the effective delivery of integrated support and infrastructure services in Africa, Central America, Middle East and North America for mandates with budgets varying from a few millions to half-a-billion dollars.
As well as a certified Hofstede organisational culture consultant, he is also certified as a lecturer of the Hofstede’s intercultural management. Jean-Claude is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the International University of Monaco researching
internationalisation of SMEs.
