Mikako Suzuki

Micky started her career at GE Japan in the Human Resources. After 3.5 years, she moved to Morgan Stanley Japan as training manager and gained insights into Asian cultures while working for Asia Pacific HQ of an American company covering 13 countries. Over the next 20 years or so she continued to develop her HR career working for several foreign capital companies including DHL Japan as HR Director. In total, she has over 25-years corporate HR experience with foreign-capital companies in Japan.

Her specialized areas include global communication, team building, diversity and management training and leadership development. She is also a certified practitioner for Lumina assessment tools.

She is also providing career counseling based on her experience of interviewing more than 10,000 candidates in her corporate HR career. Supporting individuals aspiring to move from Japanese companies to foreign-capital companies is becoming her passion.

She has a BA from Ochanomizu University.
