Paulo Finuras joined us in 1999, and is our Portuguese licensee. Paulo is our link with Africa as he spends a bigger part of his working time in Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde Islands.
Paulo receive his Ph.D. in Political Science from ULHT (Lisbon Univ.) and his MSc in Sociology from ISCTE–IUL (Lisbon Univ.).
Until now, as International Business Director of Cegoc Portugal he undertakes all kinds of work related to the field of International HRM and training in the field of Intercultural Management. As Head of International HRM Consulting Projects of CEGOC-TEA, and previously as Managing Director and HR Director in Consulting Firm and in a Transport Company he has carried out projects and technical assistance on General and Strategic Management and HRM Consulting Projects in several company’s in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde Islands.

He also makes research in the field of Cultural Values and trust in institutions using Hofstede Model and his invited teacher in several Portuguese universities.
Paulo helped several international companies to become globally effective, amongst others: Faurecia, Sonangol, Martifer, ASA, Alcatel, Henkel Iberia, Wipro, Nestlé and many more.
Paulo is fluent in Portuguese, French and English.
