Description

The Ambassador Course is organised in various locations around the world each year and is hosted by a select group of Senior Hofstede Insights consultants who are certified practitioner in both Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture.

About Egbert Schram (Facilitator):

Egbert Schram is a Dutch forester by background, having moved to Finland in 2006 when recruited to internationalise a Finnish software company. Grown into the role of managing director, Egbert has since 2012 led an international team in 39 countries to assist organisations to manage the impact of culture and work and life. He is known for his ability to break down complex situations into more simple and approachable elements and ensuring a solution-focused pragmatic approach. Besides managing director, he is the chairman of the international HR chapter of the Finnish HR federation and the Amchampion of the year 2018 of Amcham Finland.

About George Lupascu-Pruna (Facilitator):

Accredited practitioner in Intercultural management and Organisational Culture, he has delivered projects with Hofstede Insights in different parts of the world including Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, France and Finland having participants from all over the world.  His projects are ranging from Increasing Awareness on Cultural Differences overall and eliminating the communication barriers between professionals from different cultures working together (Japan, Korea, India, China, Romania, Ukraine, Canada, USA, Finland, UAE, etc), and all the way to Scanning and Diagnosing Corporate Cultures of different organisations in different spheres of work and different departments.
