The Ambassador Course is organised in various locations around the world each year and is hosted by a select group of Senior Hofstede Insights consultants who are certified practitioner in both Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture.

Egbert Schram is the CEO of Hofstede Insights. He is astute, passionate about his work, known to make complex things understandable by focusing on pragmatic solutions. His main focus is to help global leaders and managers deal with the challenges (and fun) of working in unpredictable and impossible situations and help people professional create more awareness about the importance of people in today´s work environment.
Erika Visser has worked across numerous functional groups including human resource management and organizational development. She has a passion to help people and companies develop their potential by combining the theoretical neuroscience behind learning and development.
Jaime is a management consultant specialising in the areas of change management, organisation design & development, organisation culture, and organisation psychology. She has over 15 years of experience helping multinational corporations with large scale business transformation programmes, including the set-up, stabilization, and maturation of high-growth global/regional centralised functions and shared services.
