Who is it for?
This tool is made for the use of consultants as well as for internal change managers. The analysis is done on group level and individual responses will not be made available.
If you want to use the Organisational Culture Scan Pro, consisting of a much more elaborate report, including not only the actual scores of the organisation, but also the optimal scores and the option to engage in a change process with sophisticated change tools (Levers of Change™, Executive Match 360™), you need to become certified by Hofstede Insights in Organisational Culture and Change.
How does it work?
- Once you’re ready to launch the scan, add it to your cart. At the checkout, there are many payment options: PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. Once the payment was successful, you will receive an email with a link (make sure to also check your spam folder)
- The email contains a link, make sure you don’t delete it. Click it and start the process. Enter the email addresses of group members (ideally a sample of 30 but at least 5). There is no upper limit, include yourself if you are part of the group. You can click the link again as long as the process is ongoing (by default 30 days from the purchase date) in order to check the response rate/who has answered, to add more respondents, to change the reminder or reporting date, or to manually generate the report once you have received enough responses (you need at least 5).
- The survey takes about 15 minutes to answer. It can be filled in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Macedonian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish (Latin America), Spanish (Spain), Swedish, Turkish
