Thanks to twenty-five years of experience in training, coaching and consulting, Anna supports clients in developing intercultural awareness and competences to face the challenges of the current globalization. National and international top managers and managers value her contribution in making cultural differences an added value for their organisations. Anna works for companies of various industrial and service sectors such as luxury, chemical and pharmaceutical, finance, retail and IT.  Bulgari, DNV GL, Mediobanca Group and Volkswagen Financial Services, KIKO, Vencomatic Group and CompuGroup Medical are her most recent clients. The videos of her recent interview with Rodolfo Maggio, anthropologist and writer, are published on YouTube on her channel. Anna also delivers seminars in master classes at the most prestigious Italian universities.

She edited and translated the book “Culture and Organisations” of G. Hofstede, G.J. Hofstede and M. Minkov: the Italian translation is published by FrancoAngeli.

She edited and translated the book "Negotiating like a local" of Jean-Pierre Coene and Marc Jacobs in Italian.

Anna holds a university degree in Classical Letters, since 1995 she is certified in Intercultural Management and more recently in Organisational Culture by Hofstede Insights (now The Culture Factor Group).

Anna is a certified professional coach by Scuola Italiana di Coaching. Anna is the managing director of Hofstede Insights Italy, Italian Country Office of Hofstede Insights (now The Culture Factor Italy). Before becoming an Associated Partner, Anna worked in IBM Italy and at EU in Brussels as an interpreter.
