As a change management consultant, Jaime's expertise lies in managing and driving cultural change.

Having worked with clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia, Jaime discovered the influence and impact of different national cultures when trying to build a common culture and ways of working across each organisation.

Jaime joined Hofstede Insights as an Associate Partner in 2017. She helps multinational clients build their unique organisational culture that will allow them to effectively meet their strategic goals, while appreciating and leveraging the influence of the diverse national cultures that make up their global operations. Some of her recent clients include national energy companies, a technology service provider, and a global maritime solutions provider.

Jaime started her career as a management consultant in Accenture. Prior to becoming an Associate Partner in Hofstede Insights, Jaime was an independent change management consultant working with large multinational organisations on business transformation programmes, primarily IT and other global/regional centralised functions. She has worked for and with industry leaders such as BP and BASF.

Jaime holds a master's degree in Managerial Psychology and is certified in Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture with Hofstede Insights. She is also in the process of becoming a certified coach according to the standards of the International Alliance of Solution-Focused Teaching Institutes (IASTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
