With certifications in Organisational Culture and Intercultural Management from Hofstede Insights, as well as being a certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), Michael possesses a comprehensive skill set to drive successful cultural interventions.
He has successfully led numerous large-scale cultural interventions for clients across Africa. Using Hofstede Insights' methodology and tools, he helps organisations to navigate complex cultural challenges effectively and achieve sustainable transformation. He has also provided training and support to professionals to become accredited culture practitioners and effectively carry out interventions for their own clients.
