As soon as Salvador started his career abroad, he realized that similar colleagues, partners and clients reacted differently before the same situation depending on their nationality. This challenge brought him to research Cross-Cultural Management and, eventually, to join Hofstede Insights.
Salvador holds a master’s degree in Psychosociology at Work, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a professional certificate in Training & Development specialist. He is also certified in Intercultural Management with Hofstede Insights.

Before becoming an Associate Partner at Hofstede Insights, his appointments as Project Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières, the United Nations, the International Criminal Court and Melia Hotels International brought him to settle in Cameroon, Kenya, Liberia and The Netherlands aside of short stays in many other countries.
