As a well seasoned professional consultant, Susan has led various teams in the successful delivery of many software solutions for banks, the US Federal Government  Internal Revenue Services (IRS), the Department of Transportation (DOT), private entrepreneur businesses and membership organizations – AARP, American Psychological Association (APA), and American Chemical Society (ACS).

Susan is currently with Transmitio, managing IT solution implementations and client engagement efforts. Susan has over seventeen (17) years experience managing a wide range of programs. Susan’s professional experience encompasses Information Technology, Banking, Customer Success management, Cross-Cultural team management and Strategic leadership experience locally and internationally. Susan has strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Susan holds a M.Sc degree in Software Systems from University of St. Thomas, MN, and a B.Sc degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from University of Sioux Falls, SD. Susan also has a Knowledge Management professional certificate from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Susan is a certified Hofstede Insights Organizational Culture consultant and Cross-Cultural consultant.

Susan is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Susan supports girls’ education by donating to and mentoring students at St. Teresa’s Girls School in Nyeri, Kenya.
