What do we collect?

Data collected when you subscribe to a newsletter, to attend a free event, to receive a document (white paper, case study, country profile, guide) or check “I agree to receive other communications from Hofstede Insights” in a contact form. The information you choose to enter in the fields is used to provide you with relevant information about product and services. Data collected when you purchase a product. We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal and Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. How do we protect your information?

  • Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
  • We use regular Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

  • All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We utilise Hubspot to manage our contact database, marketing database and support, our website runs on WordPress,  we use Woocommerce and fooEvents to supports our online store and google analytics to analyse traffic.
