Michael Siller has been supporting executives, business owners and project managers in times of uncertainty and change: gain clarity for great decisions, lead their teams with decisiveness to more trust and cooperation, and influence organizational culture in a lasting way.
As an executive and leadership coach Michael Siller supports executives, managers, and their intercultural teams in times of uncertainty and change: gain clarity for great decisions, lead their teams with decisiveness to more trust and cooperation and influence organizational culture in a lasting way. He helps create awareness and builds competencies needed to turn cultural differences from a liability into an asset. Since conflicts are symptoms but never the root cause of a problem, he reads between the lines and shines a light on personal and cultural blind spots. Currently, Michael is involved in projects with companies and market leaders in the following industries: pharmaceutical, IT, food, construction, insurance, and the European Aviation Safety Agency EASA.
Michael holds a master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication, and he is certified in Intercultural Management and Organizational Culture with Hofstede Insights.
For his master thesis, he researched the impact of interpersonal communication and interaction rituals on organizational commitment.
For over 15 years, he performed as an actor, singer, and dancer internationally on stage.
By stepping into each other’s shoes, we gain new perspectives and deeper understanding. As Shakespeare said, “all the world is a stage, and all the men and women merely players.”
Michael gets booked regularly as a keynote speaker for the following topics:
Among the clients he worked for are Microsoft, Tieto, DSSmith, Novartis, Goodmills, AstraZeneca, Diot, EASA, and Bayer.
